Ocala hosts free family workout with Mayor and NFL player.

The Ocala Recreation and Parks department is hosting a family-friendly workout event called Workout with the Mayor. The event is free and open to the public. Mayor Marciano will be joined by Clint Hart, a former San Diego Chargers safety and owner of Healthy Harts Fitness. The event will also feature youth fitness classes, a chance to meet the machines, smoothie bikes, and giveaways. It's an opportunity to commit to getting fit together.
