**Marion County Courts to Close on January 6 Due to Inclement Weather**
Marion County Circuit and Superior Courts will be closed on Monday, January 6, 2025, as a result of inclement weather. This decision comes by order of the Circuit Court Judge.
The closure applies to all in-person and remote court operations. However, certain services will remain operational, including the 24-hour Court Processing Office, Probation Pre-Trial Services, and the Juvenile Detention Center/Probation Intake division.
This temporary closure ensures the safety of staff, court participants, and the public. Regular court operations are expected to resume once conditions improve.
