The Ocala Police Department is hosting a pinning ceremony today at Citizens' Circle at 3:15 p.m. to welcome back the Mounted Patrol Unit. This event is aimed at enhancing public safety and building strong community relationships. Following the ceremony, members of the mounted patrol will patrol the greater downtown area. Residents and visitors are encouraged to attend the ceremony and meet the officers.
